Shin closed with a 1-over par 73 in strong winds and persistent rain for a four-round total of 9-under par 279, a whopping nine shots clear of her nearest competitor.
Shin, who posted a new women's course record on Saturday with an 8-under par 64, was the only player in the field to shoot under par for the tournament.
Her margin of victory sets a record for the biggest win in championship history, bettering the previous mark by four shots.
Shin's win is her ninth in less than five seasons on the LPGA Tour.
She won last week's Kingsmill Championship in a nine-hole playoff.
McIlroy's final 27 holes of the tournament included nine birdies and a lone bogey.
Rory retains the top spot in the FedEx Cup rankings and this is Rory's fourth victory of the PGA Tour season.
The second-leg of the FedEx Cup Playoffs was held right up the road from the Acushnet Company headquarters at TPC Boston.
The Ulsterman shot rounds of 65, 65, and 67 over the first three days of competition to sit three behind the 54-hole leader Oosthuizen.
The former Open Champion, Louis Oosthuizen had gained the lead over McIlroy thanks to a third round 63 that shot him up the leaderboard.
The two were paired together for the final round.
McIlroy, in andstruck first and birdied 3 of his first four holes, trumping Oosthuizen's lone birdie in the same stretch.
McIlroy added birdies at six and eight to take control of the tournament.
Louis, in DryJoys Tour Boa and a newly redesigned SciFlex, fought back with two late back-nine birdies to get within one stroke of McIlroy.
Both players exchanged pars on the final hole to give Rory McIlroy the victory.
It sets me up in a good position for the next two weeks.
The World Number Three was simply irresistible from tee to green all week, and could even afford to miss five putts from inside six feet over the first ten holes of his closing 69.
He then missed a four foot birdie putt at the fourth, and saw a par putt of the same length horseshoe out at the sixth.
The 39 year old missed further birdie chances from inside six feet at the eighth, ninth and tenth and at that stage his nearest competitors had moved to within two.
But while those two had eventful back nines, Westwood hit top gear down the closing stretch.
Through the first three rounds of play, Dufner shot rounds of 67-65-67 to sit atop the leaderboard at 17-under par, two clear of his competition heading into Sunday's final round.
Dufner, wearing XPS-1 and FJ Apparel, started off the day with five straight pars before a bogey on the sixth hole that dropped him from the lead.
He rebounded quickly with back-to-back birdies on seven and eight to retake the top spot.
Dufner added another birdie at 10 to retain his lead.
Then after several gutsy back nine par saves, Dufner's drive on the par four 16th found a hazard.
With an alligator lurking nearby, Dufner wisely took a drop and hit his ball to the right side of the green.
Now looking at 40-plus feet for par to stay tied for the lead, Dufner calmly rolled in the improbable putt to keep his momentum.
After grinding out two more pars on 17 and 18, Dufner was headed to a sudden death playoff.
Both players exchanged pars on the opening playoff hole and they headed back to the 18th tee for the third time today.
This time Dufner seized the moment, hitting the par five 18th in two shots and making a routine two putts for birdie and the victory.
This is Dufner's first PGA Tour win.
Post round Dufner stated of his winning performance, "I am really, really excited and to get the monkey off my back is a great feeling".
Luke Donald FJ ICON MyJoys also put on an impressive performance, shooting a final round 67 to finish solo third and retaking the number one spot on the Official World Golf Rankings.
Five shots clear overnight after consecutive course-record rounds of 65, the 26 year old was coolness personified as he compiled a closing round of 68.
Twice a runner-up on The European Tour last season, there was never any danger of Wiesberger missing out this time as he played his final 59 holes without dropping a shot at Blackstone Golf Club.
Wiesberger, a runner-up in Scotland and South Africa last season, started with a pitch to six feet at the long fifth for a first gain of the day after opening with four consecutive pars.
Four further pars saw Wiesberger turn in 35 and still five clear, and he clocked up five further pars He certainly finished off in style as he drained a 15 foot birdie putt at the last for good measure to finish with an 18 under par total.
It could also potentially move to around 95th in the Official World Golf Ranking from 170th.
Hunter entered the final round one stroke off of the 54 hole lead thanks to a seven under par third round that shot sprung him up the crowded leaderboard.
Mahan's final round started with eight straight pars before sticking his approach on the 237 yard par-3 ninth hole.
He converted the five foot birdie putt to take a one shot lead into the back nine.
Mahan added another birdie at the tenth hole to increase his lead.
The lead was one as Mahan stood on the tee of the treacherous 18th hole.
His drive split the fairway setting up a 200 yard approach to the large undulating green.
After a well struck iron shot, Mahan two putted for the one shot victory.
With the win Mahan becomes the first two time winner on the 2012 PGA Tour.
Mahan in FJ ICON and StaSof, led the field in greens in regulation hitting nearly 90 percent during the tournament.
The win also moves Mahan to number four on the Official World golf rankings, making him the highest ranked American player heading into the Masters Tournament.
Trailing overnight leader Chopra by four shots at the start of the day, Luiten compiled a six under par 65 to fend off the Swede with a winning score of 15 under par.
After the tournament had been reduced to 54 holes due to three days of storm interruptions at Horizon Hills Golf and Country Club, Chopra could only produce a final round of 70 and needed a birdie at the last to ensure he finished alone in second on 14 under.
Harrington signed for closing a 69 while Davies carded an impressive 65 to climb the leaderboard.
After a stunning 63 gave him the first round lead, the 25 year old had slipped down the leaderboard with a second round 70.
But it could have been worse — and three closing birdies at least gave him a platform to launch a challenge.
And he took full advantage with a brilliant bogey-free effort, with five of his birdies on the front nine.
Davies collected six birdies in his strong closing effort to join Harrington on 13 under par.
Harrington, winner last year when the event was on the Asian Tour, reached the turn two under after birdies on the eighth and ninth.
However, consecutive bogeys at the 11th and 12th halted his progress and, although he picked up two more shots at the next two holes, he ultimately fell just short of defending his title.
Simpson's 64 on Saturday, which included a back nine 29, catapulted him ahead of the crowded leaderboard by two strokes heading into Sunday.
His final round began with par on each of the first eight holes before making a birdie on the par-4 ninth.
Simpson continued his steady play on to the back nine with consecutive birdies on 14 and 15 to extend the lead to three.
With an easy two putt par on the 72nd hole, Simpson earned his first PGA Tour victory and moved to 3rd place in the Fed Ex Cup playoffs.
The Australian claimed his first World Golf Championship title at Firestone by an emphatic four-stroke margin after a hugely composed final round of 65.
Scott and his nearest competitor were never separated by more than one shot until Scott chipped in from the side of the 12th green, then rolled in a birdie putt just inside 30 feet on the 14th to build a three-shot lead.
Scott was in imperious form where his victory over the Worlds best restored him to the top of the Australian ranking list and taken him to within six spots of the World No.
However, Stallings mounted a furious comeback shooting a 31 on the back side including six birdies.
Entering the final hole Stalling was one shot behind the lead; and a clutch birdie putt forced a three-way sudden death playoff.
Playing the eighteenth for the second time of the day, Stallings left his approach to seven feet.
His playing competitors both hit the green in regulation but failed to convert their birdie bids, leaving Stallings with a seven footer for the victory.
Stallings struck the hard breaking left to right putt perfectly and watched it fall safely into the hole for his first PGA Tour victory.
The win earns Stallings an invitation to next week's Bridgestone Invitational.
By the time Stricker made the turn he had a five shot advantage.
Stanley, playing like a seasoned veteran, mounted a raucous back nine charge that included birdies on five of his first six holes to take the lead.
Not to be outdone, Stricker birdied 17 to pull within one of the PGA Tour rookie.
Stanley then bogeyed the 18th leaving Stricker on the last hole with a chance to win for the third consecutive year.
After missing the fairway Stricker hit a solid recovery shot from an awkward stance 25 feet from the pin.
Stricker struck his putt and erupted with emotion as the ball gently fell in the left side of the cup securing his victory.
This is Stricker's 11th career victory making him the only player to have multiple victories in each of the past three seasons on the PGA Tour.
Stanley's runner up finished earn him a spot in next week's Open Championship.
Donald shot rounds of 67-67-63 and finished the tournament at 19-under par, 4 strokes clear of his closest competitor.
This is Donald's first win since taking over the top spot in the Official World Golf Rankings and it is also his second consecutive victory on the European Tour.
Donald will head into next week's Open Championship at Royal St.
Georges full of confidence, "I felt good out there, very comfortable, very in control.
That's a good sign for next week.
There's always a little added pressure when you're No.
It was a pretty strong field this week and the best way to prepare," Donald stated after his victory.
Watney's three birdies and three clutch par saves on the front nine helped him gain control; however, Choi was hot on his tail with four birdies on the backside.
Despite the Philadelphia humidity and the competition, Watney shot a cool bogey-free 68 on Sunday to claim the title by two shots.
Grasping the Liberty Bell trophy puts Watney 10th in the official World Golf Rankings.
This is Watney's second victory of 2011.
Watney later said of his victory, "I'm overjoyed to be in here as the winner.
It was a very difficult, long day.
And that makes it even more rewarding.
The 42 year old finished one shot clear of joint overnight leader and fellow FJ shoe wearer Mark Foster, after holding his nerve in impressive fashion over the notoriously difficult closing stretch at Le Golf National.
So it's just absolutely crazy.
It's always nice to win in front of your home crowd.
The way it went today was just like in a dream.
The 28 year old's victory came only 20 days after he lost at the sixth hole of sudden death in an Open Championship qualifier at Sunningdale.
Now Larrazabal will be going to Sandwich after.
Larrazabal finished on 16 under par total of 272, tying with his fellow countryman, both finishing with rounds of 68.
They first played the 18th twice more - and birdied it both times - and then the 12th and 17th, two par threes, could not separate them.
Larrazabal will be back in the top 100 after starting the week 180th, and he has showed in the last few months that he is close to being back to his best.
The week also proved to be a successful one for other FJ players.
With Luke Donald and Lee Westwood first and second and with US Open Champion Rory McIlroy moving to World Number three, it is the first time United Kingdom players have occupied the leading three positions since the Official World Golf Ranking began in 1986.
Pablo wore FJ ICON golf shoes and a StaSof glove on route to his second European Tout title.
The 22-year-old Ulsterman put on a display of pure golfing excellence at Congressional Country Club becoming only the 5th player to lead wire-to-wire on his way to victory in a U.
Rory's onslaught of Congressional began with a birdie and his stellar play continued all week, shooting four rounds in the 60's.
He reached 10 under par in only 26 holes, making Rory the quickest player to reach such a lofty score in a U.
McIlroy also set the U.
Open record for total score 268most stokes under par -16along with 10 other U.
McIlroy received praise from many of his peers all week including the number one ranked golf Luke Donald stating, "As I've said before, I think he has probably the most talent I've ever seen from a golfer.
Jude Classic at TPC Southwind, his first win in 355 attempts.
Frazar began the day 1 shot behind Karlsson thanks to a third round 64 that included seven birdies.
The final round was a two man race from the very beginning with the rest of the field several shots behind.
Frazar and Karlsson exchanged birdies on the first hole and the battle for the top position would continue all day.
Frazar drew even with Karlsson after a birdie on the third but was not alone of top of the leaderboard until Karlsson made bogey on the 17th.
Frazar gave a shot back on the last hole and the players finish tied at the top.
On the first playoff hole, Frazar narrowly missed a birdie putt that would of given him the victory.
The players halved the first and second playoff holes with pars.
On the third and deciding hole Frazar two putted from 22 feet for par and the victory.
This is Frazar's first career victory.
Rock, two clear overnight, seemed understandably nervous over the opening holes and a bogey at the third could have added to much pressure on the 34-year-old.
Rock safely navigated his was round his last few holes for a final round-five-under-par 67 to finish on 21 under for the tournament, securing a one shot lead from his fellow FJ ambassador Gary Boyd.
FJ was once again the shoe of choice with 71% of the field lacing up in the 1 Shoe in Golf.
He began his final round with a three shot lead thanks to three rounds in the 60's on the previous days.
Stricker's torrid pace continued Sunday, shooting an outward nine, 6-under par 30.
A weather delay would force Stricker to cease play after the 12th.
Upon resuming play, Stricker would make a clutch sand saves on 16 and 17 to take a two shot lead into the 72nd hole.
All he would need is a bogey 5 on the last to win the tournament and Stricker did just that by tapping in his bogey putt for the victory.
This is Stricker's tenth win on the PGA Tour and the win makes Stricker the highest ranked American golfer on the Official World Golf Rankings.
Donald's win dethrones Westwood as the World's 1 golfer, a situation he has been threatening over the last few months.
The climax to the event couldn't have been scripted better, with both men being tied on -6 after 72nd hole.
The two Englishmen headed back to the 18th tee to tussle for the title as well as the coverted World Number One spot.
Both players decided to lay up with their second shot, leaving them with a 100 yeard shot out for the title.
It was Donald who was to play first, hitting a crisp iron shot to the back of the green, spinning back to finish 8 foot from the flag.
Westwood, knowing Donald was in prime position, hit his approach to the back of the gren only to see it spin back into the water leaving Doanld with a straight forward putt for victory.
The 33 year old showed his class on the greens which he had demonstrated all week, by rolling in his birdie putt, claiming the first place cheque of £655,000 and more importantly the World 1 Spot.
Although Westwood was so close to achieving a third successive stroke play victory, nobody can say that his Celtic Manor Resort teammate does not deserve top spot.
This was Donald's ninth successive top-ten finish, a run that began with his victory at the World Golf Championships-Accenture Match Play in Arizona in February.
Donald started the tournament in awesome fashion, shooting an opening round 64, the lowest round of the tournament.
The fine opening round was experienced in a pair of white and red patent shield tip FJ ICON MyJoys, designed for him as part of the popular MyJoys May competition.
I'm not sure if there will ever be a case where Number One and Number Two in the world are playing off for the tournament, but also a chance for the Number One ranking in the world.
A unique history I think has been made, and glad to be a part of it.
In the first all-English final since the event began in 1964, Poulter showed his brilliance to defeat the inform Luke Donald FJ ICON.
The result meant Donald stays second behind fellow FJ shoe wearer, Lee Westwood.
The final was a tight encounter, with Poulter finding himself one down to his Ryder Cup teammate on three occasions.
The win for Poulter lifts him from No.
Speaking after his win Poulter commented "Can we have 20 match-play events a year, please?
It gets the adrenalin going more, gets me going more than if you're just out there making birdies and winning easy matches.
I just love it.
It's nice to have a good tussle.
It doesn't have to be picture perfect.
You just have to get the job done.
The 32 year old, whose previous win also came on Portuguese soil two years ago at the Estoril Open, fired a closing 71 to finish ten under par for the week at the stunning Seve Ballesteros-designed Porto Santo Golfe.
The Northern Irishman, who started the day as joint leader, used his experience to par the first seven holes, before a birdie at the 8th set him on track to secure his second European Tour Victory.
The last two years I finished sixth both times, and I knew I was putting better and chipping better this year.
That's what I did well, I just chipped and putted better than the last two years.
It was also windy when I won the Estoril Open at Oitavos Dunes, and I guess growing up in those conditions so that's an advantage.
It was another good week for FJ with 67% of the field lacing up in the 1 Shoe in Golf.
Choi FJ ICON and StaSof emerged from the star studded field to win THE PLAYERS Championship at TPC Sawgrass.
Inclement weather on the previous day forced most of the field to play extra holes on Sunday.
Choi began his Sunday on the 11th hole, finishing his last 7 holes in 2 under par to post a 67, 1 shot off of the 54 hole lead.
Choi quietly plodded his way around the Stadium course avoiding any major mistakes.
His birdie on the famous island green 17th gave him sole possession of the lead at 13-under par.
The pressure was then on Choi to par the last hole and force a playoff after his playing partner birdied 18.
Choi saved par and the sudden death playoff was set.
On the first playoff hole, Choi played conservatively to the wider left side of the 17th green and trusted he could get down in two strokes.
Later Choi said, "For me to shoot under par on this course every day, it's like a miracle, to be honest with you.
The South African lifted his first European Tour title, edging out fellow FJ shoe wearer Anders Hansen by two shots.
Home favourite, Pablo Larrazabal produced a fine display, finally finishing tied third.
The 27 year old from Johannesburg, was playing his first tournament after a seven week lay-off to re-charge his batteries, and it proved to do the trick.
Following his win, Aiken was quick to dedicate his victory to Seve Ballesteros, who sadly passed away this weekend.
FJ was once again the prefered shoe choice for the majority of the field this week, with 65% of the field opting for the 1 Shoe in Golf.
Wanting to validate his top position, Westwood came from behind to win in South Korea.
Starting his final round three strokes back of the leaders, he shot a final round 5-under 67 to defeat his competitors by 1 stroke.
Lee Westwood played oustanding golf all week at the Royale Jakarta Golf Club and began his final round with a 5 shot lead.
Westwood was steady on the outward nine, shooting even par.
On the 11th, Westwood faced a tricky 15 footer for birdie and nailed it.
Now with some momentum, Lee birdied two more holes to finish the tourney at 19-under par 3 shots clear of second place.
When asked about becoming world number one again, Westwood downplayed the feat, "It was about coming here this week and trying to win the Indonesian Masters and I've done that.
This is Nicolas' first European Tour victory coming 10 years after first earning his European Tour card at the age of 18.
The Italian, who turns 18 on Tuesday, overcame the challenge posed from three fellow FJ ambassadors; Gregory Bourdy, Rory McIlroy and Rafael Cabrera-Bello.
With this win the 17 year-old now holds the top two positions on this list.
The leaders had 27 holes to play on Sunday after a six hour weather delay earlier in the week.
It was McIlroy who immediately extended his two shot over night lead with a birdie at the third, but the 21 year-old Northern Irishman was passed by Manassero who produced some brilliance on his way to victory.
This was evident at the par five 10th, where the Italian holed a 9 iron for eagle, setting him on his way to victory.
Walking down the last, Manassero required a par to hold of the challenge from Bourdy, and the teenager showed a great calmness, to complete his task without any drama.
With a shoe count of 65% and the top three players lacing up in FJ shoes, it is clear to see that FJ is still the 1 Shoe in Golf.
Carrying a 1-stroke lead into the final round Steele showed the steely grit of a PGA Tour veteran as he closed with a 1 under par 71.
An early bogey on the 5th hole could have derailed the rookies chance as it dropped him into a three way tie for the lead.
Showing poise and composure, Steele quickly bounced back making birdie on the 7th hole to retake the lead.
Charley Hoffman would pull within 1 stroke of Steele after an eagle on the par-5 eighth; but ultimately it would not be enough to catch Steele, who would par the last 11 holes to finish off victorious.
The conditions on the Parador de Malaga course were not easy, as the cool Mediterranean winds off the coast kept hitting the course at no less than 15 kmph, making it difficult to maintain precision and accuracy.
But it was the 42 year old Scot who handled conditions best.
The former Open Champion showed his class on the back nine, starting with four birdies in the first five holes, setting him up for his first win in nine years.
FJ continues to be the 1 Shoe on Tour as demonstrated by the fact that 60% of the field laced up in FJ shoes.
Woodland started the day at 11 under, 2 strokes off of the 54 hole lead and quickly took advantage of his herculean length with a birdie at the par 5 1st to close the gap on the leaders.
His steady play continued through the front nine as he finished with a bogey free 34.
His second nine was a different story; it included 5 birdies, 3 bogeys, and 1 par on the eighteenth hole to finish off victorious.
Woodland's power is usually the topic of conversation; but it was his putter that saved the day as he needed only 23 putts in the final round.
After the round Woodland said, "One thing that helped me was putting, and today it saved me.
Luckily, it won me a golf tournament.
Two years ago Watney came inches away from entering a playoff in the same tournament and he wanted to make sure this Sunday did not end that same way.
Watney began the day 2 strokes off of the 54 hole lead and his round started quickly with back to back birdies.
Watney's stellar play continued all day as he took a one stroke lead into the par 4 18th, where on the previous day he made a double bogey.
This did not phase Watney as he bombed a 300 yard drive right down the middle of the fairway and his approach shot left him a slightly downhill 12 footer for the win.
He pumped his fist as the putt rolled into the cup securing his first WGC title and third career victory.
If you keep working hard, you get back in that situation.
And luckily today, I was able to do a little better.
On a bizarre final day in the high desert, which began with snow covering the fairways, Donald pulled ahead for good with a birdie on the par-5 11th and a par on the next hole, eventually wining 3-and-2.
Donald played only 89 holes in six matches and never trailed in any of them.
In fact, he led after 81 of those holes.
His last win came in 2006 at The Honda Classic.
With the victory, Donald climbs from ninth to a career-high third in the Official World Golf Ranking.
I have a lot of people to thank.
His Accenture Match Play Championship record has improved to 16-10.
The 32-year-old shot a closing round 67 to finish 15 under par at the DLF Golf and Country Club.
The win for Chowrasia ended his three year title drought, when he last won back in 2008 at the Indian Masters.
Unfortunately for Coles a tricky downhill lie around the green resulted in a thinned chip which ran 20 feet past the pin.
Standing in the fairway on the hardest hole Pebble has to offer, the par 5 14th, Points holed his third shot for eagle giving him a 1 shot lead with 4 to play.
Points then holed a 30 foot birdie putt on the par 4 15th to all but assure him the victory.
Hunter Mahan FJ ICON shot a 66 to finish solo second.
Dufner FJ Sport birdied the famed par 3 16th and the drivable par 4 17th to force a playoff with Wilson.
After exchanging pars on the first playoff hole, Wilson emerged from the playoff to win the Waste Management Open for his second victory in only three starts this season.
Trusting FJ ICON and a SciFlex glove, Wilson laid back with his tee shot on the second playoff hole, chose a seven iron approach that set up a nine footer for the win.
He converted, making this his fourth career victory on the PGA Tour.
Bubba started the day 2 strokes off the lead on a very crowded leaderboard.
Known for his prodigious length, it was his daft putting stroke that helped clinch the victory late.
Flying the green on the par 4 17th leaving him a treacherous downhill chip, Watson rolled his chip 10 feet by the hole.
He sank the putt to keep the lead.
On the par 5 18th, Bubba sank a 12 foot downhill slider for birdie that all but assured him the victory.
Bubba trusted his glove with Digital Tac Response leather to keep up with his immense swing speed and his superhuman ability to shape shots on his way to the win.
Nick Watney also made some noise earlier in the day closing with a 63 and back nine 28 to finish in solo sixth.
With the first round a complete washout on Thursday, a 36-hole Sunday shootout was necessitated to get the tournament in with the 5-round Bob Hope Classic starting on Wednesday.
Going into the final two rounds, Wilson sat in a three-way tie for second but charged into lead after a third round bogey-free 65.
After his third round, the rush began to get ready for his tee time for the final round.
It was estimated that Wilson had only six minutes from the time he finished his third round to the time he was due to start his fourth round.
Wilson continued his consistent scoring into the final round, shooting a bogey-free 67 to claim a two shot victory from fellow FJ ambassador Tim Clark.
Heading into the final round Byrd was tied for the lead with Garrigus and fellow wearer Steve Stricker, but it was Byrd and garrigus who pulled away from the field to set up a tense play-off.
The two players parred the first play-off hole before heading to the first hole of the plantation course for what would be the decisive action.
Reaching the first green both players had similar putts for birdie.
Byrd nearly made his, missing by less than an inch.
Unfortunately Garrigus was to three putt, handing victory to Byrd.
With this kind of form, 2011 is sure to be an exciting year for Jonathan Byrd.

Oosthuizen had been tied for the third round lead with fellow FJ ambassador Markus Brier but it was The Open champion who managed to stay in contention, needing a birdie on one of his remaining three holes to take victory, Oosthuizen could only managed pars to set up an all FJ play-off.
Teeing off first in the playoff on the par-four 18th Oosthuizen managed to find the fairway setting up a short approach into the green.
With a sand wedge in his hands he hit his approach to 10 feet of the hole, a distance he never looked likely to miss with the putter in his hands.
With the win Oosthuizen picked up the top prize of £158,500 and his first European Tour title on home soil.

The Englishman was two shots off the lead after the opening round, but from then on the story was all about Westwood as he fired a stunning eight-under-par 64 in the second round to take a three-shot lead, a lead he was never going to give up.
The world number one made the final round a no-contest as he built on his five-stroke lead overnight with four birdies and not a single bogey through the first 16 holes.
The win for Westwood was complimented with fellow FJ ambassador, Geoff Ogilvy and glovewinning the 2010 Australian Open Championship.
Karlsson started his final round three behind Poulter, but managed to play his way into contention, starting his final round with consecutive birdies before holing his second shot for eagle on the par-4 third.
The tall Swede had two more birdies on the back nine before a fantastic approach shot almost hit the pin on the 18th, finally finishing a few feet from the hole securing his birdie and a place in a playoff with Poulter.
Both birdied the first extra hole so it was back to the 18th tee again.
Karlsson was precise again, leaving his approach three foot from the cup.
The drama was still not over, with Poulter accidentally dropping his ball onto his ball marker, moving it and incurring a one stroke penalty, effectively handing the victory to Karlssson.
Poulter spotted his error and reported it to the match referee, whose ruling left him with a long putt for par instead of birdie.
The putt came up short, taking the pressure off Karlsson.
With the top five finishing players putting their faith in FJ shoes, it is no surprise that FootJoy continues to be the 1 Shoe and Glove in Golf.
Despite challenges from fellow FJ ambassadors Rory McIlroy, Anthony Kang and teenage sensation Matteo Manassero, Ian made a clutch eagle 3 at the first par 5 on the back 9 to edge ahead.
Ian trusted a pair of sleek FJ ICON MyJoys and a SciFlex glove to carry him over the line, whilst Manassero opted for the performance of FJ SPORT and the grip and feel provided by a StaSof glove.
The Sentosa Golf Club proves to be a lucky venue for Scott who has now won the event three times, previously winning in 2005 and 2006.
The 30-year-old Australian played his final ten holes on Monday after the final round was suspended on Sunday due to darkness following a long rain how to bet soccer in singapore pools, and he never looked liked throwing away his three shot lead.
Adam strode to victory in the style and comfort of FJ ICON and StaSof glove.
He finished at 21 under to erase a final round five shot deficit, vaulting from 122 to 51 on the Money List, en route to earning his first tour victory.
Earlier this year, Garrigus made triple bogey with a three-shot lead on the 72nd hole at Memphis, allowing Lee Westwood to win his only title this year -- a playoff victory that helped the Englishman earn the No.
This victory was certainly sweet redemption.
Garrigus admitted his collapse at Memphis left him numb.
But he had been through far worse, overcoming a drug and alcohol addiction more than six years ago.
Garrigus spent a month in rehab, gained 25 pounds to get his strength back and -- with a cleared head -- moved from the Nationwide Tour to the PGA Tour.
I have a family that loves me.
It's easier for me to go out there and say, 'Hey, whatever.

The 1 Shoe and Glove in Golf 2010-11-01 Ben Crane won the inaugural Asia Pacific Classic on Sunday, eagling the par-4 15th and making an 8-foot birdie putt on the final hole to win by a stroke.
After making three straight bogeys to fall a stroke behind, Crane drove the green on the 15th and holed his 8-foot eagle putt to regain the lead.
After falling into a tie heading to 18, Crane avoided a playoff with his winning birdie.
Crane won the Farmers Insurance Open in January at Torrey Pines for his third career PGA TOUR victory.
The win Sunday in the 40-player event -- also sanctioned by the Asian Tour -- doesn't count as an official PGA TOUR victory.
I was so nervous and I was just praying.
I just wanted to hit a good putt and to see it go into the hole.
It felt so good," said Crane.
I knew I was still in the tournament.
I hit an unbelievable shot on 15 with my driver and that kind of turned things around.
It was an exciting turnaround.
That was an unbelievable finish," he said.
The Englishman will be reflecting on a remarkable turnaround in fortunes which sees him become the first European number one for 16 years, seven years after slumping to 266th in the rankings.
You have to say it is a career highlight.
FootJoy is proud to be associated with Lee Westwood and would like to thank him for being such a great ambassador for FootJoy and.

After finishing the third playoff hole at 18, Byrd, Cameron Percy and the third competitor debated whether to keep playing the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospital for Children Open because of darkness.
They all decided to go one more hole Sunday -- the 204-yard 17th at TPC Summerlin.
And it essentially was over with one swing.
Byrd was first to tee off with a six iron.
His shot landed about 10 feet short of the flag and disappeared into the cup.
It was so dark Byrd wasn't even sure it went in.
All he had to do was wait for the other competitors to hit their shots before celebrating his first win of the year and fourth of his career.
Almost as stunning was that Byrd remained in the playoff.
On the third playoff hole, the par-4 18th, Byrd's approach tumbled over the green and was one hop away from going into the water.
Instead, it settled in a clump of grass, he chipped up to 7 feet and made the par putt just to stay alive.
This one was even more incredible, and it came at just the right time.
The 39 year old began the final round seven shots adrift of the leader, but the left hander from Australia set a clubhouse lead of 18 under par 270 and was never caught.
Green had an impressive pack of players challenging him at the top of the leader board, but it was to be his day, finally claiming a two shot victory.
The victory in Portugal earns Green his third European Tour Title and also gains a European Tour exemption until the end of 2012.
The three time major champion enjoyed a five stroke lead going into the final round, and an impressive three under 69 in his final round secured an impressive three shot victory.
The 19 year old Noh retained the Asian Tour Order of Merit after shooting a final round 65 to secure second place.
Slocum finished with a 14-under total of 266 and a one-shot victory over Bill Haas who was looking to win for the second consecutive week.
Slocum was in a three-way tie for the lead coming to the 16th hole.
In a matter of moments, one of his competitors hit into the hazard and made double bogey while the other three-putted for bogey.
Slocum was trying to lag his putt from 60 feet toward the front of the green when it banged into the pin and disappeared for birdie.
It was the fourth victory of Slocum's career, and should put him just outside the top 50 in the world.
Slocum moved to No.
The top 30 earn invitations to the Masters.
It was his first victory since he won The Barclays last year in the FedEx Cup playoffs by making a 10-foot birdie on the last hole to beat several of the world's best players.
Haas, who won last week at the Viking Classic for his second victory this year, all but locked up his return to Augusta National.
He drilled an approach on the par-5 15th to 10 feet for eagle to give himself a shot at back-to-back wins.
Typical British weather meant that on occasions the course resembled a swimming pool rather than a Championship golf course, but the green keepers at The Celtic Manor Resort worked their magic to ensure the course was kept in tip top condition and ensured the event could be finished on Monday.
There were many FJ players on show in the event.
Stricker was put out first to try and get the momentum going for his side.
With the Europeans winning the final game, Europe had recaptured the Ryder Cup by a small one point margin.
Rory showed nerves of steel to get up and down from the greenside bunker to earn the half.
With the final score at 14½- 13½, Europe regained The Ryder Cup.
The week will be remembered as one of the best ever to be played.
We saw all types of weather, new formats and more importantly a fantastic competiton.
We now have to wait until 2012 to do battle again at The Medinah Country Club, Chicago, where the US will be hoping to get their revenge!
Haas, who won the Bob Hope Classic earlier in the year for his first career title, struggled a bit on Sunday but had built a five shot cushion to start the day which was enough to hold off several fellow FJ players.
He closed with an even par 72 on Sunday and finished the week with a 15-under 273 total.
In addition to extending his PGA Tour exemption through 2018, Haas moved to no.
The 23 year old from Harrogate had not finished higher than ninth in any previous tournament, but once he got his nose in front he never looked liked giving up his lead.
The win for Parry secured his European Tour card for another season.
The week was also a good warm up for Ryder Cup player Padraig Harrington, who produced a best-of-the-day 64 to finish eighth.
The Dubliner will be happy with where his game is and will be looking forward to going head-to-head with the American Team at Celtic Manor.
The win completes a remarkable return to form for the DryJoys shoe wearer who has missed nine consecutive cuts, but a fourth place finish at the KLM Open last week gave him the confidence to produce some of his best golf this week.
The 33-year-old forced his way into the playoff after an impressive final round 64, which included 10 birdies.
After finishing last season ranked near the bottom in sand-save percentage, Hoffman began working with short-game specialist James Sieckmann and noticed immediate improvements.
Every one else noticed the improvements late Monday afternoon.
Tied for the lead and standing awkwardly in the greenside bunker at TPC Boston's 13th hole, the ball below his feet, Hoffman popped the ball out perfectly, landed it halfway to the pin that was 48 feet away, then watched it make a beeline right to the cup.
He hadn't just saved par, he gained a stroke and a lead that he wouldn't give away.
That was just one highlight of many for Hoffman who dropped 11 birdies en route to a memorable 9-under 62 that tied the tournament's 72-hole record of 22-under par.
After starting the day four shots off the lead, Hoffman came roaring out of the gates with four birdies over the first five holes to jump into contention Equally as noticeable as Hoffman's improved sand play were his color co-ordinated custom green glove and Asymmetrical golf shoes featuring a limited edition green caiman gator print.

The Swede closed his round in impressive fashion, holing a 30 foot birdie putt to become only the second home winner of the Nordea Scandinavian Masters in the last 12 years.

All this was forgotten though; when Johnson secured his second European Tour title, eight years after his first.
The 27-year-old Oosthuizen, who trusted golf shoes, and a glove, closed with a final round 1-under 71 to win The Open Championship by a remarkable seven shots over fellow FJ player, Lee Westwood and.
It was revealed during the final round that Oosthuizen marks his glove with a red dot pictured right so when he looks down before each shot, he is reminded to focus on the shot at hand and dispel all distractions, something that served him well en route to the biggest victory of his career.
Oosthuizen went 24 consecutive holes without a bogey until his streak ended on the par-3 eighth hole by missing a 6-foot par putt.
That trimmed his lead to three, the closest anyone would get during the final round.
His playing partner hit driver onto the par-4 ninth green and Oosthuizen answered by doing the same.
When he holed his 50-foot eagle putt, his lead was back to four shots, same as when he started.
Oosthuizen spent the final hour with a big grin on his face, although he started out that way, too.
He put his arm around caddie Zack Rasego after hitting off the 18th tee and walking over the Swilcan Bridge, thousands of fans packed into the grandstands, along the road and peering out the shop windows.
The biggest smile came on the 18th green, with a hug for Rasego, and an embrace with wife Nel-Mare and 7-month-old daughter Jana.
It will be years before the child can appreciate the magnitude of this moment.

After missing his birdie chance on 18, Crane tapped in his par for the win and a 13-under 275 total that earns him a trip back to Augusta National for the first time in three years.
Haas becomes the third consecutive FJ player to win this season, joining Geoff Ogilvy SBS Championship and Ryan Palmer Sony Open.

He also birdied the par three 17th hole.
All 4 players will be gracing the fairways in the new shoe.

Palmer was tied for the lead on the 18th and after both competitor's left their tee shots in the right rough it was a battle to see who would get up-and-down, or better, for the win.
Palmer's challenger chipped to about 9 feet from behind the green and then watched as Palmer's chip raced towards the hole, hit the flag stick and backed up just a few inches.
I still hit a good chip.
You need things like that to win.
It gives the 33-year-old Texan exemption on the PGA Tour through 2012 and a trip back to the Masters for the first time in five years.

A former US Open Champion and six-time winner on the PGA Tour, Geoff has topped some of the best fields in golf throughout his career.

The 1 Shoe and Glove in Golf 2009-12-07 FootJoy ambassador Adam Scott has won his first tournament on home soil, claiming the Australian Open by five shots after a tense final round at the New South Wales Golf Club.
Despite this, the charismatic Aussie held his nerve to take the title, closing out his round with a stylish birdie at the closing hole to get to even par, finishing the Championship at 15-under 273.

I think that's about as good as I've ever played under this pressure," säger Westwood.
Some of the young players coming through, like Rory McIlroy, put me under a lot of pressure so it will be tough.
The Frenchman had to dig deep to defend his lead from the inform Rory McIlroy who had to be content with second place for the second consecutive year.
The 27-year-old Bourdy never relinquished his lead throughout the final round, and proved unflappable as the young Northern Irishman increased his pressure.
Meanwhile, McIlroy was showing his brilliance to get back into to contention after starting the day five shots off the pace, but his final round 64 could only secure him second place.
McIlroy had some consolation in his defeat, knowing that his second place finish was enough to move him to the summit of the Order of Merit ahead of his fellow and wearer Lee Westwood.
While both wore the new golf shoes en route to the winner's circle, their paths to victory were very different.
Ian Poulter, who regularly wears custom FJ ICON golf shoes from the programme and SciFlex gloves to match, carded a final round 1-over 72 to complete a wire-to-wire victory at the Barclays Singapore Open.
Poulter's eighth career European Tour title, and first since 2006, tested all of his skill and nerves with players from around the world trying to wrestle the tournament from his grasp but the Englishman would not yield and, following a stellar sand save on 17, he converted a clutch par at the 18th for the win.
Ian opted for a stylish pair of golf shoes in the asymmetrical pattern to perfectly coordinate with his new line of clothing.
He also wore a custom glove.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, fellow Englishman Ross Fisher also wore shoes to complete a memorable marathon effort in winning the Volvo World Match Play Championship in Spain.
With the win, Fisher moves up to a career-best 17th in the World Rankings and also takes him to fourth in the European Tour's Race to Dubai with just a few events remaining.
Fisher needed three sudden death holes to defeat fellow FootJoy player, and current Masters champion, Angel Cabrera in the semi-finals but was in control of the finals from the moment he birdied the first hole.
Fisher and Poulter will represent England when they team up at the World Cup in China, November 26-29.
After bogeying the final two holes in regulation to fall into the three-man playoff, Matteson had a second chance at the 17th and 18th and would not let the opportunity pass him by.
Relying on past experience of winning this tournament as a rookie in 2006, Matteson denied two rookies this year who were trying to capture their first career PGA Tour victories and playing privileges for next year and beyond.
Matteson rolled into Sunday with a three-stroke lead, thanks to back-to-back 61s on Friday and Saturday — a PGA Tour record for lowest score in consecutive rounds.
However, he stumbled at the end of the final round and found himself battling two young guns.
After all three players parred the first playoff hole, Matteson hit his approach within 3 feet on the 464-yard par-4 17th hole.
With shadows stretching onto the green, he rolled in the putt for his second PGA Tour win.
The victory capped a strong final two months for Matteson as he made the cut in his final eight events and finished in the top 20 three times.
Wearing the new golf shoe and glove from FootJoy, Westwood closed with a 6-under 66 on Sunday and finished with a 23-under 265 total for his 30th career win.
Westwood came out hot, converting birdies on his first four holes but it was his final birdie at the 17th hole that sealed the victory.
Westwood went long and left at the 589 yard 17th and although he was able to take a free drop he still faced a tricky shot.
However, from around 30 yards he almost holed it, tapped in for birdie and had his two shot lead that he would take the clubhouse.
In addition to getting back to his winning ways, Westwood also takes over the lead in the European Tour's Race to Dubai, passing fellow FJ ICON fan Rory McIlroy, and climbs back into the top five of the world golf rankings, a goal of his since 2007.
Ross' victory marks his the first victory for the new FJ ICON golf shoe from FootJoy, which has only recently been launched.
After a record-equalling third round of 12 under par 60, the Englishman claimed victory from a following group that included 8 FootJoy wearers in the top 9 places.
Just like many golfers, Ross' feet are slightly different sizes so made the most of the custom options available through MyJoys to find the perfect platform from which to claim victory.

Further impressive iron shots at the 13th and 14th saw the birdie train continue, moving the wearer into the outright lead for the first time.
A fine approach at the last set up an eagle opportunity which would have made Cabrera Bello the first player on the European Tour to shoot 59, but unfortunately his putt came up short.

The Danish player, who is ranked 377th in the world, moved to the European Tour this year after three years on the satellite Challenge Tour.
His previous form never suggested that a win was on the cards after missing the cut in his previous three events.
The 26-year-old from Copenhagen played admirably in the final 36 holes, where only one blemish was recorded on his card.
Father-to-be Huldahl, started his final round as joint leader, and held on with remarkable poise, carding four birdies and, more significantly, no bogeys to claim the first place prize of £300,000.

He struck his approach to 10 feet on No.
A hole later, he rolled in a curling, uphill 57-footer for an eagle-3, raising his putter as the ball disappeared into the cup.
After closing with a final round 1-under 71, Cabrera drove into the trees on the first playoff hole, hit another shot off a Georgia pine, but still scrambled for par with an 8-foot putt.
He won on the next playoff hole with a routine par on the 10th when Perry missed the green to the left and made bogey.
Cabrera, who won the U.
Open at Oakmont two years ago, won his second career major and the first green jacket for Argentina.
De Vicenzo gave Cabrera a picture of a green jacket two years ago when Cabrera returned home as U.
Open champion and told him to go for it.
On this turbulent day, it took everything Cabrera had.
He closed with a 1-under 71 to get into the first three-man playoff at the Masters in 22 years.
Campbell, who was steady throughout the day, finished with a 69 and was eliminated on the first playoff hole when he found a bunker from the middle of the 18th fairway, then watched his 6-foot par putt barely lip out of the hole.
Perry did not make a birdie until his 20-foot putt on the 12th curled into the side of the cup.
Campbell, playing in the group ahead, narrowly missed two eagle putts on the back nine to forge a brief share of the lead.
Then it looked like Perry had the green jacket buttoned up when he hit his tee shot to within a foot of the cup on the par-3 16th hole for a two-shot lead over Campbell and Cabrera, who made an 18-foot birdie putt on the 16th just to stay in the game.
However, Perry bogeyed his final two holes setting the stage for the playoff.
Hoey produced one of the rounds of his life to surge to the top of the leaderboard with an impressive five under 66.
The thirty-year-old Hoey had started the day five shots off the lead down in 19th place, but his impressive final round saw him tie with Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano at the top of the leaderboard to force a playoff.
The playoff began with two more trips down the 18th both of which were halved with pars.
The man from Belfast finally got his hands on the trophy after a great up and down for par on the 17th.
The win secured Hoey the first place prize of £192,755 and more importantly a two-year exemption on the European Tour.
FJ Collar wearer Hoey strode to victory in the new FootJoy SYNR-G shoe which gave him a solid platform to experience his maiden European Tour victory.
The 33 year old Dane set himself in good stead going into his final round after recording a course record and career best 62 during his penultimate round.
The final round proved a tense battle between Kjeldsen and his fellow FootJoy wearer David Drysdale.
The pair were locked with three holes to play.
It was Kjeldsen who dug deep to finish with a level par 72, to claim a three shot victory and the first place prize of £156,000.
Kjeldsen now heads to Augusta for his Masters debut at his highest ever ranked position in the world — just outside the top 40.
The Dane was in good company with 65% of the field also putting their trust in the 1 Shoe in Golf.
The European Tour heads to Portugal this week for the Estoril Open 2009-03-26 The Open de Andalucia proved to be an exceptionally hectic week for the FootJoy European Tour Team.
This is the first week the Tour has been back in main land Europe and with that the first chance the players have seen the Titleist Tour Support Vehicle TTSV since the end of the 2008 season back in November.
The TTSV has undergone a new livery since then and has also been given a big spring clean ready for the new season.
Unfortunately the heavens opened on Tuesday and the truck became a very wet a muddy place to be.
It did however give the opportunity for players to come and collect some of the new stylish DryJoys Sport collection in both long and short sleeve, and jackets and rainshirts.
This was certainly the talk of the range as the Tour stock ran out very quickly.
I suspect many players weren't expecting rain in Spain and hadn't prepared themselves for this eventuality!
This week also proved exceptionally popular for the new FootJoy shoe.
Over 20 FootJoy wearers came and collected a new pair of the shoes.
There were plenty of positive comments from the players, who liked the support and comfort the shoe brought straight from the box.
Players that collected the shoe this week included Gregory Bourdy, Pablo Larrazabal, Markus Brier, last weeks tournament winner Estanislao Goya, last weeks runner-up and FJ collar wearer Callum Macaualay, the ever bubbly John E Morgan and Titleist and FJ ambassadors Bernd Wiesberger and Michael Hoey.
The 20-year-old Goya, started his day with a three shot lead, finally closing with a 2-over 73 to finish on 6-under 278.
Macaulay had been 11 strokes behind with nine to play but managed to birdie eight of the last nine for a back nine total of 28, finishing on a final round of 64 which equalled the course record.
Meanwhile, down in Mexico, Mark Wilson took over the lead of the Mayakoba Golf Classic for good with two early birdies Sunday, yet had to fight through some wobbly play down the stretch to earn his second career PGA TOUR victory.
The top-ranked Mexican star, three strokes off the lead at the start of the round, erased the deficit in just three holes en route to a final round 6-under 66.
Ochoa took the outright lead at 10 under on No.
She bogeyed the par-3 16th, got the stroke back with a birdie on the 17th and parred the 18th.
I played exceptionally well.
She will be in Singapore next week for her title defense.
These shoes do away with traditional laces but use 49 strands of aircraft grade stainless steel to form one stainless steel lace which is micro-adjusted by the discreet dial located on the heel of the shoe.
A glove finished off the ensemble nicely.
The chasing pack was primarily made up of FJ wearers, indeed 9 of the final 10 places were filled by golfers putting their faith in FootJoy.
Classics® wearer David Horsey fired a fantastic back 8 of 29 to finish at 16 under pair, while hot on his heels was Gareth Maybin, sporting some classy and new convert South African Louis Oosthuizen, who continued his fine form with a closing 65.
Kang moved up the leaderboard early on with three birdies on the front nine and was two shots in front of the field on 17 under after further birdies on the 11th and 13th.
I am very pleased with how I have applied myself.
FJ - 1 Shoe and Glove in Golf 2009-02-09 Nick Watney FootJoy Classics began the day five shots off the lead but remained near the top of the leaderboard through 15 holes on Sunday.
When the leaders stumbled coming down the stretch, he seized the moment by converting two huge birdies over the final three holes to rise up and win the Buick Invitational.
He closed with a 4-under 68 for an 11-under 277 total that also earned him a trip to the Masters.
Watney was five shots behind going into the final round and was an afterthought most of the day, never getting closer than two shots until the tournament swung in his favor on the 16th.
While the leader struggled to a bogey, Watney calmly stared down a 40-footer from just off the green that broke sharply to the left.
His pace was perfect, the ball caught the left edge and dropped, and Watney widened his eyes and pumped his fist.
That gave him a tie for the lead, and after exchanging pars with the leader on the 17th, he came up with the shot that mattered on the 18th, finding the top shelf of the green and coaxing his long eagle putt a few feet away.
When his competitor missed his chance to force a playoff, Watney calmly rolled in his birdie putt for the victory.
The 19 year old carded a final round of 70, which included just 5 pars, but crucially saw him take the coveted title by a single shot.
After starting with 3 birdies, McIlroy stumbled a little before reeling off an impressive 5 bridies on the trot around the turn.
And in spite of a determined chasing pack, Rory executed an impressive up-and-down from the greenside bunker on the 72nd hole to take the title.
You still have to play the shots, and you still have to hole the putts.
His maiden victory was all the more impressive given the quality of the chasing pack, including fellow FJ wearers Henrik Stenson, Martin Kaymer and European 1 Robert Karlsson.
Rory's shoe of choice was a pair of all white FJ Classics style.
In fact FJ was the shoe of choice for the majority of players at the Dubai Desert classic, with 70% of the top 10 opting to put their trust, and their feet, in FootJoy.
FJ - 1 Shoe and Glove in Golf 2009-01-26 FootJoy wearers were at the head of the field at the end of play on Sunday at the Commercialbank Qatar Masters, as the top 5 finishers all chose to put their trust in FootJoy golf shoes.
Henrik Stenson underlined his love for the Gulf Swing with another outstanding performance, including two rounds of 66, but was left ruing a level par 72 on Friday.
Tied for second with Stenson was South African Louis Oosthuizen, who continued his fine run of form over the past few weeks to finish on a very impressive 16 under par.
By his own admission Damien's swing involves a degree of lateral movement in his lower body, and the unparalelled stability of SYNR-G has given him a firm base to hit from, something he clearly enjoyed in Qatar.
And completing the top 5 was Dutchman Maarten Lafeber whose strong finish has helped him climb up the Race to Dubai standings and given him entry into this week's tournament in Dubai.
Johnson finished with a 5-under 65 for a 15-under 265 total and a two shot win over fellow FootJoy players Adam Scott and David Toms who tied for second at 13-under.
FJ 1 Shoe and Glove in Golf 2009-01-12 Anders Hansen held his nerve on the final hole of the Joburg Open to claim a birdie and win the title from Andrew McLardy.
The Dane was level with McLardy at 14 under going to the par five 18th hole, and gave himself every chance of winning by leaving his second shot 25 feet from the hole.
He missed the eagle chance, but made birdie from three feet to finish with a 15 under 269 total and see off South African McLardy, who had chances to pick up shots over the closing holes.
I thought 15 under was going to be the winning score, so I was right.
But a bogey on the par three 12th hole saw him slip back before he hit back on the final hole.
Many of them also chose the tired and tested performance of aincluding the winner Hansen, runner-up McLardy and star of the future Danny Willett.
I turned in one over and not really playing very good and then tried to get it going on the back nine.
FJ - 1 Shoe and Glove in Golf 2009-01-04 FootJoy, the 1 Shoe in Golf and 1 Shoe on every Tour Worldwide, announced today that it has entered into a multi-year agreement with Padraig Harrington.

After capturing the Volvo Order of Merit as the top player in Europe in 2006, he validated that title by winning his native country's championship at the 2007 Irish Open and then capturing his first major weeks later at the 2007 British Open Championship at Carnoustie.
Harrington continued his fine form last year, winning two majors.
He first defended his crown at the British Open at Royal Birkdale in July and then won the PGA Championship at Oakland Hills just weeks later.
Ochoa fick mottaga hennes tredje Rolex Player of the Year och Vare Trophy Award titlar, vilket tilldelas den spelare med lägst genomsnittlig score.
Once only a national hero, Lorena is now a global hero.
The world is grateful to have her, and we are more than proud to call her our own.
The 34 year old closed out his victory on the second playoff hole after a flawless approach came within a foot of the cup.
McIlroy showed a taste of his potential when making an impressive recovery from the trees to land his shot within twelve feet.
Both Wen-tang all black and McIlroy put their faith in the style and comfort of FootJoy Classics Golf Shoes.
FJ 1 Shoe and Glove in Golf.
FJ - 1 Shoe and Glove in Golf 2008-11-10 As the curtain came down on the European Tour Season at Valderrama, FootJoy celebrated its 25th win of the year for players wearing the 1 Shoe in Golf, a victory totalling more than all competitive shoes combined.
Not to mention the Volvo Masters winner Soren Kjeldsen and the newly crowned European 1, Robert Karlsson.
All victorious in 2008 wearing the FJ initials.
Every time the European Tour teed-up, FootJoy was the most worn shoe.
Each of our winners were able to toast their favourite FootJoy style.
Why am I still doing this?
The FootJoy wearer held his nerve on the final hole of his final round, sinking a clutch eight foot par putt to secure victory by one shot.
The dramatic win earned Havret his third European Tour title.
The Frenchman elected for the style and comfort of a pair of all black.
Vijay finished the week with a 22-under 262 total to break the tournament scoring record by two and pull away with a five stroke victory, thanks in large part to his putter.
Singh needed just 23 putts over the final round and amassed 174 feet, 7 inches of total distance with the short stick, including birdie putts of 37 feet and 60 feet on the 13th and 14th holes.
His 72-hole score of 262 breaks the tournament record by two shots.
Singh will aim for his third straight win this week at the BMW Championship.
Singh closed with a 2-under 68 for a one shot victory over fellow FootJoy player Lee Westwood.
Singh, who wore DryJoys PODS Traditional and a glove throughout the week, finished with a 10-under 270 total.
The victory was the 32nd of his career on the PGA Tour and first on U.
Westwood, who could have moved up to No.
But he missed a 7-foot birdie on the 17th, and his 15-foot birdie putt from the fringe on the 18th to tie for the lead was left all the way.
He closed with a 69 to tie for second.
The Swede finished on 21 under par at Le Meridien Moscow Country Club, two-shots clear of his nearest rivals.
The 31 year strode to victory in a pair of FootJoycomplimented with a FootJoy Glove.
Major Breakthrough for Vaughan FootJoy player Bruce Vaughan holed a 20-foot putt to win the Senior British Open in a playoff, his first tournament victory on either the Champions Tour or PGA Tour.
In a dramatic turnaround at Royal Troon on Sunday, Vaughan stormed back from three down with nine to play to force a playoff.
Trailing by one on the 18th green in regulation, Vaughan made par then watched as the leader came up 15 feet short on a putt from off the green.
He made the putt for bogey which left both players tied at 6-under 278 and headed back to the 18th tee for the playoff.
Playing for the sixth consecutive week on Tour, Reavie finished the week with a 17-under 267 total for a three shot victory over fellow FootJoy player, and fellow Arizona State alum, Billy Mayfair.
Reavie, wearing a pair of black Classics Tour, came out early on Sunday to finish the last two holes of his third round and ended up regaining the lead with a tap-in birdie on the par 5 18th.
Later in the day, after a slow start on his final round, Reavie broke away from the field with back-to-back birdies on 9 and 10 and sealed the win with a 12-foot birdie on 18.
Not a long hitter, the 26-year-old Tour rookie relied on accuracy all week, hitting 44 of 56 fairways in regulation and 54 of 72 greens.
After opening rounds of 67, 70 and 66, 'GMac' kept his foot on the pedal to pull away from the field for a two shot victory.
MacDowell has made no secret of his desire to get into the Ryder Cup team and this victory, his second of the year following his dramatic play-off victory against Team DryJoys member Jeev Milkha Singh in the Ballantines Championship in March, has given his mission a huge boost.
It felt like I hit almost every fairway".
Another to make up ground on the final day was Englishman Robert Dinwiddie with a closing 68, 3 under par.
Robert took some time out at the European Open last week to model some of the new FJ Outerwear for the 2009 catalogue, and was clearly as comfortable in front of the TV cameras as he was the photographer's lens, finishing in a tie for 6th on 8 under par.
Graeme wore nothing but throughout the week, which offered the comfort and support to stride to the title, and who knows, they could take him to further success next week at Royal Birkdale.
FootJoy - 1 Shoe in Golf 2008-07-07 England's Ross Fisher strode to the most empahtic of 7 shot victories at the European Open, by holing a greenside bunker shot at the 72nd hole.
Fisher opted not to play a practice round on Wednesday, instead spending time on his short game and hitting balls on the range.
